Hades Update

got_quietThe last Hades zone is kicking my ass. It is not friendly. It is perhaps hellish. Most of the zones leading up to it I can get through without much trouble now. Sometimes Eris fucks me up a little. Prometheus seems to have gotten significantly nerfed or maybe I just have stopped walking into his shit so nowadays he only takes one of my DDs from me if I fuck up. But then it's sort of a crapshoot if I get to Typhon with anything to work with.
I am not much of a build master, so I tend to be underpowered going in too, which means the fight is longer, which means the shit I have to dodge is upped significantly. I've hit this fucker 7 or 8 times now. The first two phases I am semi good for. When I played tonight it seems like they adjusted the speed of one of his projectiles so you actually have a chance to dash away from the fucking thing, like my god the first few times I fought him if it wasn't a frame perfect dash I was fuuucked.
But the problem has been the second add phase near the end. I can't get many eggs down and then when the adds pop they somehow have prodigious hp and just deal damage if you are near them? Like I can't see any attack animations in the mess of shit flying around. The egg phase makes the fight a serious DPS check and I don’t have the DPS. And on top of that of course the bullet hell becomes more punishing. So I feel like I've gotten close to bringing Typhons ass down once or twice, but I always end up eating a ton of bullshit near the end, and if I'm not stocked up completely at the approach it's game over.
I'm so annoyed because I want to get him down before the inevitable nerfs come down but I'm so swamped with work right now I simply cannot be irresponsible and grind. So for now I give Typhon the finger and hope I will have some spare time in the next couple of weeks...
