How I like to use this journal and how I like to interact with comments
This is a journal that is almost exclusively about external fandom stuff, and includes very little IRL information.
If a post is public, that means I want to chat about it with everyone. There is no time limit on posts! If you would like to comment, please feel free. There is no need to introduce yourself first, or to abstain if you think too much time has passed since I made the post.
I welcome long and short comments, simple emotes or small dissertations! ~If I don't reply to your comment it's probably because I feel awkward about replying to a short comment with a simple "thank you!" but I do appreciate short hellos and one word comments myself so IDK what's wrong with me *shrug* please forgive me.~ My not replying is not an indication that I am displeased or disinterested in your comment! Often I will try to reciprocate by checking out your journal and commenting on something there instead if I don't know what to say.
Feel free to subscribe without asking. I consider dreamwidth connections both good-faith and casual. I almost never friends-lock posts, but if you would like to request access I will probably give it to you. If you change your mind and unfollow, no hard feelings.
I typically do not follow journals back unless they are primarily fandom focused and broadly about fandoms I'm interested in. Dreamwidth is my escape from RL issues, so I typically do not follow journals that have a heavy focus on difficult RL topics.
I welcome disagreement, corrections, and pushback, when made in good faith. I like debate but prefer that before getting to into it common ground is established.
---
I talk mostly about gaming, cartoons, and sometimes the books I've read. My fannish interests mostly align with the M/M world within those spaces. I also collect pieces of paper and study Japanese and the Tea Ceremony, and talk about that too sometimes.
---
Fanworks policies
I am not a big producer of fan work, but if people would like to translate/podfic stuff they do not need to request permission. I would appreciate a note saying that they've done so. I don't allow reposting or reproduction of anything I write. People are free to take what few icons I've made without credit.
