DW and fic exchanges in particular are especially fascinating for seeing what obscure fandoms people are in... I'll look at the nominations for an exchange and be like wtf is this made-for-tv movie from 1956 doing here?? and then I'll see like 7 people have offered/requested it, like oh okay then! guess I'm just out of the loop!
